Why is my order taking longer to process?

We usually take only 1-3 work days to process your order unless it is a custom build keyboard, custom build cable or a custom order of anykind.

 

Can I pay using other methods?

We only accept Stripe, PayPal and Manual Bank Transfer at the moment.

 

How can I send my order back?

Simply contact us and we will get it sorted.

 

If I modify my keyboard by changing the keycap set, will it void warranty?

Nope!

 

Where do you ship from?

Germany, Munich.

 

How accurate are your ETAs?

ETAs are predicted from the manufacturer ETA + 1 week buffer time. This is because we can always usually expect delays in shipping or manufacturing.

 

What switch should I choose?

Contact us! We will help you. There is no problem with any switches we sell, quality-wise they are always acceptable and do not worry about selecting something that nobody else does! Go by your personal opinion.

 

Do you offer sponsorships?

Yes, but please contact us.

Do you speak German?

Ja! Our site is in English as it is understood by a majority. A German site is coming soon to candykeys.de

 

Why is my shipment taking so long?

If you do not have a tracking number, please contact us. Deutsche Post can take a very long time from experience to get to northern EU countries or International destinations.

Yes! We will be able to offer you full assistance in Group-buys. We will be able to market your product, submit it to manufacturing, provide you with International Proxies and help you get renders!
